At fishing season - 45 persons.
Working season: 5 months (December-April)
Exports: Russia - 20%, Turkey - 80%
In 2015, in order to increase the capacity of the enterprise and improve the quality of products, the following activities were carried out:
1. Pool for acceptance of raw materials increased (from 200 to 350 tons);
2. New equipment acquired:
Steam chamber - to separate fat from the main raw materials;
Dryer chamber – to evaporate the moisture;
Press – to separate liquid from fish parts;
Separator – to filter the fat;
Decanter – to separate water from fat.

A food product produced by drying and grinding waste of fish and other marine species. It is used as a food additive in the feeding of pets, livestock, poultry and fisheries. Fishmeal contains a large number of proteins and amino acids, which allows to enrich vegetable protein feed. Fishmeal is rich with vitamins A, B, D, E, contains calcium, phosphorous, selenium, iodine, and other minerals, accelerating growth of animals. It is an important component of animal nutrition (up to 10%) which is complementary to the components of plant origin. Due to its properties fishmeal has been successfully used as feed additives for animals that are fattening. Results of laboratory tests of our product meet all standards and requirements of State Standard, which is confirmed by relevant documents. The main advantage of our product: High protein content - 72.3%. Fat content - 7.4%.
A product generated from the processing of fish and marine mammals, which is widely used in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and veterinary of purposes, as well as for feeding domestic animals and poultry. Fish Oil is a slightly transparent, oily liquid from light yellow to light brown color with a smell associated with that type of fat. High content of nutrients, makes this product very useful. It contains easily digestible fatty acids and fat-soluble vitamins. Provides physiological needs for animals and birds in fat and vitamins A and D, accelerate their growth and improve health. Fish oil is often used in pharmacology for the prevention of many diseases. Results of laboratory tests of our product meet all standards and requirements of State Standard, which is confirmed by relevant documents. Mass fraction of non-fat nature of impurities does not exceed the permissible level of 0.28%. The color and smell of the product comply with the highest quality.
Black Sea adult anchovies can reach around 12–15 cm (4 1⁄2–6 in). In the summer, hamsi migrates north to warm shallow waters of the Azov Sea to feed and breed, returning to the deep for the winter by migrating through the Strait of Kerch. During migration the fish moves in huge schools, and are actively hunted by gulls and dolphins. It is the staple food of the local Black sea cuisine, widely used in pan dishes, baked goods, sometimes fried and served typically with beer.
